Can I track my order?

When we dispatch your order from our warehouse we will send you tracking
information for your order via email. You may also use the Shop App to track your order. If you have any concerns, please contact us at support@babyproofme.com .

Once an order is placed, our warehouse staffs can pack and ship out your order within 24 hours, so it's not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make any correction(s) to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our facility, but we'll do everything we can!

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally. Unfortunately for all our customers outside of the U.S. we do not offer any international shipping. This may change soon and any update to this matter will be addressed in our newsletter so be sure to stay tuned.

I received a damaged item, what do I do?

We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us with your name and order number for further assistance. We back our customer service on being the best, so for our real customers we provide real customer support agents to handle any request.

Who covers the return shipping charges?

For all returns shipping is covered by the seller. We look for partner with UPS & USPS for discounted shipping rates and look forward to assisting you.
