Shipping

Below are some common questions about shipping

Can I track my order?

When we dispatch your order from our warehouse we will send you tracking information for your order via email. You may also use the Shop App to track your order. If you have any concerns, please contact us at support@babyproofme.com .

Can I change my shipping address once an order has been placed?

Once an order is placed, our warehouse staffs can pack and ship out your order within 24 hours, so it's not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make any correction(s) to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our facility, but we'll do everything we can!

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally. Unfortunately for all our customers outside of the U.S. we do not offer any international shipping. This may change soon and any update to this matter will be addressed in our newsletter so be sure to stay tuned.

How long is the processing period?

Order processing times are between 1~3 business days after the day you placed your order. Most packages are prepared and shipped within 24 hours, but if our warehouse is exceptionally backed up processing times may take up to 3 business days following the day you placed your order.

What are your shipping hours?

Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders on Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 1~2 business days after your order is placed, and you should receive an email with the tracking number soon after.

Will my order come in one package?

Depending on the size of your order you may receive separate packages that may possibly arrive 1~3 business days apart.

I recieved a damaged item, what do I do?

We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us with your name and order number for further assistance. We back our customer service on being the best, so for our real customers we provide real customer support agents to handle any request.

Who covers the return shipping charges?

Return shipping is on us! We’re happy to make returns easy and stress-free. To help cover inspection a modest restocking fee may apply to support the careful processing and quality verification of returned items. This ensures we continue to uphold the high safety standards and product integrity our families trust, while keeping our pricing fair and transparent

Do I need an RMA number for my return?

Yes! RMA Numbers help us understand what order the return belongs to when our warehouse receives it. Some items that may not be returned will not be granted an RMA number, this way we know that any items with a valid RMA number are to be returned and processed immediately.

My baby got hurt, can you help?

We're working to create a directory on our site for important hotline numbers within the United States in the event of an emergency. In the event your child does get hurt please call 911 so they can get a first responder to assist you.

How can I use the product I purchased?

Most products have demo images of how they are used. There are no rules to how they can be used but typically default to being applied on furniture. If you have questions on any furniture or equipment you want baby proofed, contact us and our experts will be more than happy to provide you with useful information.

My baby broke through, what now?

It is highly unlikely kids from the age 0-6 break through our products. Usually due to incorrect installation products are left flimsy. Walk through our product details to get more information on how to properly install.
